# Newo Documentation > The Newo Intelligent Flow Framework, also referred to as Newo Framework, is a high-level framework that enables rapid development of Newo Intelligent Agents IA, also referred to as Newo Agents, powered by complex workflows called Intelligent Flows. This document provides an overview of the basic concepts and syntax used in the Newo Framework. What Is The Newo Intelligent Agent? Newo Intelligent Agent is a cloud service with which you can create a unique "AI employee" for your corporate needs or for your clients. You can call this "AI employee" whatever name you want and give it the abilities of Support Assistant, Sales Rep, Smart Home Assistant, Mindfulness, Psychology Conversational Coach, Tutor, and more. As a result, your new "AI employee", say AI_Fred will be able to support, sell, entertain and make lasting friendships with each of your clients in person. Your Newo Intelligent Agent will be communicating with your clients within your corporate mobile app or online chat like a real person. Answering customer's questions, supporting, coaching them, and even entertaining with stories and jokes.
